Shipping and Handling refund

Okay do you as a BUYER feel that you should be refunded you shipping if you have to send an item back.|||It is part of buying online to pay for return shipping ! Unless a seller sent wrong item. When it comes to a buyer having buyers remores then they should be SOL !||||||I agree buyer's remorse then absolutely not but otherwise I probably would because it is them who is paying the shipping if I pay more then I guess i learn to raise my shipping but I do not want a buyer to be out an item and even if I do refund their money and not the shipping they will most likely use it to help send it the item...Shipping is their responsibility cost wise.....so maybe I would consider refunding the shipping...||||||i just do not want to make someone pay more for my mistake......Because it isn't I who paid the shipping in the first place|||If the seller is at fault, they should pay shipping both ways. You can't force them to do that though. There is no way to force a seller to refund more than the original payment. You can leave bad feedback and DSRs though.|||If the buyer simply wants to return the item, and the seller is not at fault, the buyer should pay shipping both ways. Not fair to penalize the seller for something that is not their fault.||||||I believe sellers should pay return shipping when the return is their fault. I know they can't be forced to pay return shipping but any seller that makes me pay for their fault is going to read about it in feedback.|||OMG, you have to be kidding me. Bahahahaha||||||Ebay only offers refunds for purchase price and original shipping, NOT return shipping. This is wrong, particularly if the seller sent a wrong/defective item, why should the buyer bear the cost of the seller's mistake? Has anyone ever had a seller pay for return shipping before?|||I have. I crossed two packages, one to the UK and one to Canada. It was a very costly mistake. Not only did I fully refund each buyer for their item and shipping, but return shipping, and resent their items free of charge. Not everyone feels it is someone else's responsibility to pay for their mistakes.|||
