I am a buyer with a problem

I bid on a jacket from a brand new seller, prior to bidding on it, I sent a message to check to see if seller was for real. No answer but I wanted the product so I bid and won. I requested the total amount with no response, so I went ahead and paid. After one day it said that the paypal was waiting for a response from the seller with a timer sign. So I got scared and canceled the transaction, I have sent mulitiple contact requests, and messages to ask to cancel the whole thing, but no answer. Now I have that stuck on my MyEbay page. should I just leave it? I need help on what to do! thanks.. If you have your payment back, wait to hear from them, if they file a UPI, respond with your transaction # of the unclaimed payment.|||Payments sent to Personal Accounts can't be Cancelled. Sellers must upgrade to accept, buyers can't cancel on their end. The email address linked in the auction is either a typo or not properly linked to the seller's PayPal account.|||Seller has no clue Says new with tags, but description says "This jacket is in great shape! Wore and washed only once, Never used since" Unless they washed the tags, this is not new with tags. Seller has not set up their Paypal acct to receive payments as required (non personal acct). This one is not likely to know to file to get their fee back. If they do , just give the original Paypal transaction number and state they were unable/willing to accept payment. With the conflicting "New with Tags " and description saying washed ,worn once , You should not have bid.|||SO I finally got a phone number and I called yesterday, she sounded like a teenager...I left a message telling her that she just needed to cancel the whole transaction, and that I contacted Ebay already. Selling on ebay isn't for everyone.|||A teenager (sounds like) doesn't mean the person on the answering machine is the seller. The auction shows the jacket as item price $24.50 and S&H is $4.00= $28.50 You do not need a total from the seller, everything you need to pay, is right in the auction. When you paid the first time, what exactly did the PayPal transaction or any message say? My guess is the seller being 100 % new and clueless, opened a regular , not the required to sell Premier Paypal acct.
