THANKS FOR READING LETS STOP THIS SCAMERS.|||they gave a 30 day warranty If you paid with PayPal, They gave you a 45 day from the date you paid warranty You could have returned the item for a FULL refund Item price + what you paid for the original shipping/handling You would have had to foot the bill for the return shipping. i guess we buyers need to start waiting a little while and then leaving negative feedback You have 60 days from the date of the purchase to leave Feed Back. Always best to try to work out the problem with the Seller BEFORE leaving a NEG Most times once you leave a NEG, most Sellers consider it a done deal. .Delivery Confirmation is confirmation of delivery, not tracking.|||Do a chargeback.Need a website fast?|||Contact the seller prior to leaving a negative. You watched 5 movies on it first, they may not have known anything was wrong since it did initially work. However, you do have an issue here if they sold it to you as brand new, in which the xbox company told you it is 7 years old. So - contact the seller, be polite. If that doesn't work, file a SNAD. You have 45 days since the listing ended. From now on, try to test the products as soon as you can (I know you were probably busy and you really didn't have a chance for 30 days), but once all the timeframes have passed, the seller has no obligation to refund you. On their end, they may think you are trying to scam them since you waited to long to contact them or file a SNAD. And always leave FB after your item has arrived and you have had a chance to inspect it. First and foremost, contact the seller politely and let them know what happened and see what they can do for you.|||You should be aware that Xboxes are very high fraud on eBay and that many of them are misrepresented. This isn't a good place to buy one unless you are very savvy. If you paid with a credit card and it is past the 45 days protection you have with PayPal then call your bank.
