I have a locked iphone 3GS with os3.1. yesterday i installed Ping! and it didn't work. i uninstalled it and installed it for about 4 times and still it didnt work. I restored my iphone and it didnt work also. I then read the faq of Ping! and they said it might be a push issue. I tried IM and push didnt work there also. I downloaded notify me, and ebuddy and also push didnt work for both of them. I checked my settings and made sure that push notifications are on for all the above applications. Can any one help me and tell me what to do in this case?!
P.S: I am currently outside london so I am on roaming with data roaming off but wifi is always on.
