I was getting pretty decent data download and upload speeds from my Iphone 3Gs until today. I am still showing a very strong signal (5 bars) but I can't break 40kbps in download speed. Usually I get 700-900---Any ideas. I assume this is an ATT problem--- ( I already reset etc.)
