[3.1] Initial network server requests ...

I was one of those people who've reported that the 3.1 update reboot took an inordinate amount of time (I waited over 10 mins staring at the Apple logo), grew impatient, had to flash/hard reboot for the update to finish. As a sidenote, since then, when I do reboot, as the phone shuts down, it brings me to my passcode screen (my phone is passcode-enabled). If I enter it, the phone soon shuts down but when it restarts, my DRM gets corrupted and I cannot use any of my downloaded apps unless I can hopefully use the "update an app" quirk described here: http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?messageID=9980810
