Unable to Connect to previously ...

Ever since Tuesday of this week my iPhone won't/can't connect to any of the wifi networks it used to automatically connect to (home, work and church). Both my laptops still automatically connect to all three with no issue. I've done a software update since, refreshed the network settings and powered down and powered back up with no avail. Sometimes it asks me to join the network, when I enter the password it spins for a while and then says UNABLE TO JOIN THE NETWORK.

Most everyone at work has an iPhone and they have no issues connecting. The Tech guy at work said he had the same issue before and had to have it phone replaced.

Any ideas would be great. I really don't want to go through the process of having my phone replaced.
